By using GoofLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the service.

2. Description of Service

GoofLens provides an AI-powered image transformation service that converts user-uploaded photos into humorous, stylized outputs. The service is provided "as is" and subject to change without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoofLens only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not upload images that:

  • Contain nudity, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence.
  • Depict real people without their consent in a defamatory or harmful way.
  • Include hate speech, discriminatory content, or extremist symbols.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights.
  • Are intended to harass, harm, or intimidate any individual or group.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant GoofLens a temporary, limited license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. This license ends when the image is deleted (within 24 hours).

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to all images you upload.
  • Your uploads do not violate the rights of any third party.
  • You are at least 13 years of age.

5. Generated Content

AI-generated outputs are provided for personal, non-commercial use. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images. Generated images may not be used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

To maintain service quality for all users, we enforce usage limits including a maximum number of generations per day per IP address. Attempting to circumvent these limits is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE SATISFACTORY RESULTS. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOFLENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
